Project Overview
Kushladder Construction PLC was engaged as the contractor for the construction of a 2B+G+10 residential/mixed-use building in the Goro Selassie area of Addis Ababa, under a housing development initiative commissioned by the Addis Ababa Housing Development (AAHD), with technical consultancy provided by AASTU. The project forms part of ongoing efforts to expand structured, multi-story residential housing capacity in Addis Ababa in line with the city's urban housing development plans.
